The site uses clever algorithms to search for phrases like ‘in need of modernisation’ in Rightmove and Zoopla listings and brings them all in to one place – where you can click through to view the original listing.

It is not perfect- there are some false matches, and it is not going to identify absolutely everything- but it can be a good starting point when your just setting out to see what potential there is in an area.
