Landlord - Why should I get a professional clean done when I can do it myself? 

A property clean to a professional standard at the beginning of a tenancy can be worth its weight in gold.

 If you provide your tenant with a professionally cleaned property - they will most likely look after that property and will need to leave that property in the same condition. 

Everyone’s vision of clean are different, so starting out with a professional clean (where you provide a receipt)  will mean the level of standard will remain, saving you time and money at the end of the tenancy.
